CoreWeave's IPO priced at $40 a share

CoreWeave announced on March 27, 2025 that it had priced its initial public offering at $40.00 per share, offering 37.5 million shares of Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker CRWV. The CoreWeave-sold portion of the offering raised roughly $1.5 billion in gross proceeds. CoreWeave is a specialized cloud provider that rents NVIDIA GPUs to AI developers, and its debut was the first major public listing of an AI-cloud company.
