Coaches preferred TacticAI's corners 90% of the time

In DeepMind’s evaluation of TacticAI, its corner-kick tactical system built with Liverpool FC, human football experts from the club preferred TacticAI’s suggested setups 90 percent of the time over the tactical arrangements actually seen in matches. Separately, its top retrieved similar plays were judged relevant 63 percent of the time, nearly double the 33 percent of a position-similarity baseline.
