Canadian competitive swimmers train harder than most people will ever understand. Early mornings, thousands of meters in the pool, endless dryland sessions, travel across the country for meets — and all of it fueled by the drive to shave fractions of a second off their times.
But when it came to actually tracking their performance data? Finding historical results? Comparing splits across meets and seasons? The tools just weren’t there.
That’s why we built SwimFrame.
The Problem We Kept Hearing About
We kept hearing the same frustration from swimmers, coaches, and parents: getting access to meaningful performance data in Canadian swimming was far harder than it should be. Results were scattered across different meet databases. Historical data was hard to find. And pulling together a picture of a swimmer’s progression over time meant hours of manual work — spreadsheets, screenshots, and guesswork.
In an era where data drives performance in every other sport, Canadian swimmers were being underserved.
What SwimFrame Does
SwimFrame brings Canadian swimming statistics and results together in one place. Swimmers can track their times, see their progression, and access the kind of performance data that used to require a dedicated analyst.
Coaches get a clearer picture of their athletes’ trajectories. Parents can follow their kids’ progress without needing to dig through multiple websites. And the swimming community as a whole gets a resource that respects the effort these athletes put in every single day.
Why We Built It
This project is personal to us. We believe that athletes who dedicate this much of their lives to a sport deserve tools that match their commitment. Swimming is one of those sports where hundredths of a second matter — and having access to good data can make the difference between a plateau and a breakthrough.
We also believe that Canadian swimming has incredible talent that often flies under the radar. By making performance data more accessible, we hope to shine a brighter light on the achievements happening in pools across the country.
Built with the Same Standards We Bring to Everything
SwimFrame was built with the same attention to quality and user experience that we bring to all our projects at CenterConsulting. Clean design, fast performance, and a focus on what actually matters to the people using it.
No bloat. No unnecessary complexity. Just the data swimmers need, presented in a way that’s actually useful.
Check It Out
If you’re a competitive swimmer, a coach, or a swim parent in Canada, head over to www.swimframe.com and take a look. We’d love to hear what you think.
And if you know someone in the Canadian swimming community who could benefit from better access to their performance data — share it with them. This is for them.
SwimFrame is a project by CenterConsulting. We build software that solves real problems for real people.
