Every Warmboard bridge sends every room's temperature, every target, and whether the furnace is running to Warmboard's own server, about once a minute. The app displays none of it and the server keeps none of it. A thermostat tells you one room, right now. A freeze sensor tells you one room, after it is already cold. Neither can tell you what a room costs, whether the furnace stopped, or whether the change you made last week did anything.
We do not add anything to this. We read what is already there and keep it.

Find the expensive room
Every room gets a dollar figure, based on how long it actually called for heat and what you pay for fuel. Turn one setback on, close one damper, and see what it did in the next report.
Know before it freezes
Set a floor for any room. If it drops below it, or the furnace goes quiet on a cold night, or we stop hearing from your house at all - you get told, with the reason, while there is still time.
Stop guessing about the cold room
A room that calls for heat most of the day and never reaches its target is not a preference. We show which rooms get there, which never do, and how hard each is working - the evidence to hand your installer.

- Sign in with the Warmboard account you already have. That is the connection - there is nothing to mount, wire or pair.
- Tell us your fuel and roughly what you pay for it. You can refine it later; the cost figures improve the moment you add your furnace's rating.
- Your rooms are live within about five minutes. Your first weekly report arrives the following Sunday.
We cannot change your heat, so there is nothing to break.

It cannot change your temperature
Warmboard's hardware does not accept a setpoint from outside the house, from anyone. WarmForward reads your system; it does not control it. Whole-home vacation is the only thing it can switch.
You keep using the Warmboard app
Connecting needs the account you set up through their app, and that app keeps working exactly as it does now. This sits alongside it rather than replacing it.
Costs are an upper estimate
The bridge tells us the furnace is running, never how hard. A modulating boiler spends a mild day at a fraction of full fire, so the real figure is usually lower. Comparisons between two periods stay honest; the absolute is the soft number.
It depends on Warmboard's server
We read your system through Warmboard's own cloud, the same way their app does. We are not affiliated with Warmboard. If they change that server we are affected, and we would tell you rather than let the numbers quietly go stale.
The report that arrives every Sunday
Most heating apps compare this month to last month, which mostly compares this month's weather to last month's. We divide by how cold it actually was, so what is left is about your house.
It was 21% colder than last week, so more heating was expected. Allowing for that, your house used 14% less.

Built on a real house, over a real winter
Every part of this was worked out against a live Warmboard system - the connection, the twelve rooms, the furnace signal, the alerts - before any of it was offered to anybody.
Checked against the hardware, not assumed
The readings were compared against a separate device listening to the system directly. All twelve rooms and all twelve targets agreed exactly.
No customers yet, and no invented ones
This is new. There are no testimonials on this page because there is nobody to quote yet, and a made-up one would tell you everything you need to know about the rest of the numbers.
